.history.

One day, a little girl went to see a fortune teller to ask what she'd do when she grew up. The fortune teller told her that she would fight to determine the fate of the world. Most girls would put this kind of thing out of their minds, telling themselves it was nothing but the ramblings of an old woman. Not Inna. Despite growing up in a loving family--her father a worker in a steel factory, and her mother dreaming of her daughter's wedding someday--Inna latched onto this "fate" and accepted it.

Then one day, when Inna was ten, tragedy struck. A kitchen fire started that quickly enveloped the entire house. Inna was the only survivor, and she vividly remembers her mother being enveloped by flames.

An orphan, she was sent to an orphanage in St. Petersburg. Soon after, she began to dream of the city burning. She never told anyone about these dreams for fear of being labeled insane--her eccentricities already worried many people. She also knew that somehow, her parents deaths were her fault.

Like at the orphanage wasn't easy. She was bullied without mercy by a group of boys. However at twelve years of age; she discovered her powers by after being cornered, she suddenly found herself on the roof.

It didn't take her long to gain control over it, mostly because she practiced a lot, enjoying the fact that that her former tormenters were never believed when they tried to tell people about her sudden appearances and disappearances.

So Inna grew up, working hard and trying to learn more about her destiny. Eventually when she was old enough, she left the orphanage. Everyone thoughtit was for college, but she knew differently. It's been a few years now, and Inna works as a librarian constantly brousing through various texts.

She may be ignorant of all the details concerning the End, but years of dreaming have given her a good picture of what will happen; thus she has begun seeking out the people who will play roles in her cities fate while looking for signs that the battle has begun.

.personality.

Inna is a very sweet woman. Kind, caring and humble she is the very model of a proper lady. But that doesn't stop her from being extremely mysterious and people from thinking she's a bit odd (or insane). Despite this she's extremely thoughtful and is actually mature enough for a woman three times her age. This is inspite of her sometimes astonishingly childish actions and habits. She loves trying to work through situations and loves a good puzzle.

Inna never tries to impose her will on people; instead she tries to guide them to their own decisions. She feels that she should try and help guide people to the truth, no matter how painful it is. She is not tactless, though, knowing that coming right out and saying what she feels could put off people and make them less likely to listen to her.

She likes reading old mythology, going to museums, and feeding the birds in front of the library where she volunteers. Her greatest personal fear that she never talks about is that no one will remember her.

Inna has shoulder-length brown hair which she likes to wear loose. Her eyes are a warm rust-colored brown. She's taller than average. She's quite graceful and always tries to speak eloquently. She also has the "gift" of being able to disappear into a crowd or sneak up undetected on people.
